For women 40+

The average woman ages a decade going through menopause.

Not chronologically. Biologically. We're talking about your skin, your bones, your brain, your metabolism. The good news: that decade is recoverable.

If you've been told this is "normal"

Check anything you've felt in the last 90 days.

We've pre-checked the most common. Uncheck anything that doesn't apply to you.

  • My joints ache for no clear reason
  • I can't concentrate the way I used to
  • I'm exhausted after a full night's sleep
  • I can't sleep through the night anymore
  • My mood swings between flat and irritable
  • The weight is harder to lose than it used to be
  • My skin and libido feel different
  • My labs come back "normal," but I don't feel normal
4 of 8. You're describing the menopausal transition. None of this has to stay.
The root causes most women aren't told about

It isn't aging. It's biology that's been overlooked.

Standard medicine waits for a problem to become a diagnosis. Precision medicine identifies what's shifting in your biology, usually years before it shows up on a lab report, and addresses it at the source. There are four shifts driving how you feel right now.

01

Hormonal Decline

Estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone begin shifting in your mid-30s and drop sharply through perimenopause. They directly affect skin elasticity, body composition, mood, sleep, libido, and cognition. Most women feel the changes for years before they're offered help.

02

Cellular Slowdown

Mitochondrial function, how efficiently your cells produce energy, declines with age. Cells recover slower, repair less effectively, and visibly age faster. This is the layer underneath the symptoms.

03

Inflammatory Load

Chronic, low-grade inflammation accelerates aging from the inside out, surfacing in your skin, your joints, your gut, and your metabolism. Most standard panels don't measure it.

04

Metabolic Shift

Insulin sensitivity changes. Gut function shifts. Weight patterns emerge that weren't there before. The same diet stops working. This is metabolic, not behavioral.

The Hormone Membership

A focused partnership for the women whose biology needs attention now.

Hormone replacement, comprehensive panels, monthly physician access, and the supplements your specific biology needs. Delivered as one membership, in person or virtually, on a schedule that fits a working life.

How visits work

Your first visit is 60 minutes with Dr. Bing. Full intake, history, and lab orders.

Monthly check-ins after that run 20 to 30 minutes and can be virtual. In-person care available in Midtown Atlanta, Sandersville, and Dunwoody.

Why $999 isn't expensive

A single specialist visit in Atlanta runs $400 to $800 and rarely includes a full hormone panel. Your $999 first month covers all of it: a 60-minute intake with Dr. Bing, comprehensive labs, and your protocol, in writing.

This isn't for everyone, and we want you to know that up front.
  • Anyone looking for the cheapest option. We aren't, and we won't pretend to be.
  • Anyone wanting a single prescription without lab work. We don't prescribe blind.
  • Anyone unwilling to commit to month-over-month tracking. The work is in the iteration.
  • Anyone looking for "instant" results. Sleep can shift in weeks; full optimization takes months.
What gets tested

A real hormone panel. Not the one number most providers run.

Most "hormone tests" check a single estrogen value and call it done. That's how women get told their labs are normal when nothing about how they feel is normal.

Full Sex Hormone Panel

Estrogen, free and total testosterone, progesterone, DHEA-S, SHBG. The complete picture, not a single isolated number.

Comprehensive Thyroid

TSH, Free T3, Free T4, reverse T3, antibodies. Thyroid imbalances often masquerade as hormone symptoms.

Foundational Markers

Vitamin D, B12, ferritin, fasting insulin. Your hormones can't work properly when these are off.

Symptom Mapping

A structured intake of what you're actually experiencing. Sleep, mood, energy, skin, libido. The numbers and the symptoms get reviewed together.

Why women drive in from out-of-state to see her

Dr. DeAnn Bing

Most women come to Dr. Bing because someone else didn't listen. They've been told they're fine. Told it's "just aging." Told to come back when something is actually wrong.

Dr. Bing built her practice on the opposite premise: that what you see in the mirror is a direct reflection of what's happening inside your body, and that what you feel is real data. Her training spans hospital medicine, functional longevity, hormone optimization, and advanced aesthetic technique, and her practice exists at the intersection of all of it.

Common questions

What women ask before they begin.

Your OB-GYN is trained to manage reproductive health. Most don't run a comprehensive hormone panel beyond a single estrogen value, and most aren't trained in optimization, only in treating disease. We test the full picture, hormones, thyroid, foundational markers, and we titrate based on how you actually feel month over month.
No. Most of our members are perimenopausal, in their late 30s and 40s, when hormones first start shifting. Waiting until you're post-menopausal means losing years of skin, bone, brain, and metabolic protection. Earlier is better.
Bring your current labs and protocol to your first visit. We'll review what's working, what isn't, and adjust from there. Many of our members come to us because their previous provider wasn't testing or titrating properly.
The 2002 WHI study used synthetic hormones and is widely understood today as having been mis-reported. Modern bioidentical HRT, properly dosed and monitored, has a strong safety profile for the right candidates. We screen carefully, run baseline labs, and review your full medical history before any prescription. Your candidacy is decided on the data, not on assumptions.
Sleep and mood often shift in the first 2 to 4 weeks. Energy and mental clarity tend to follow at 4 to 8 weeks. Body composition, libido, and skin changes take 3 to 6 months as your tissues respond. We track all of it with you.
"Normal" by lab-reference range and "optimal for how you should feel" are two very different things. Most women in their 40s test within range and still feel terrible. We treat the symptoms and the numbers together, not one or the other.
Most monthly check-ins are virtual. Pellet therapy and in-person care happen at the Midtown Atlanta clinic, with Sandersville and Dunwoody locations also available. Many out-of-state members fly in once or twice a year and handle the rest online.
The membership is month-to-month. Cancel anytime. We don't lock anyone in. The first month covers the work that gets done that month, intake, labs, and protocol, regardless of whether you continue.
